Where is the summer going...before we know it, our children will be back in school and fall will be right around the corner. This week, The Yagers from Indiana stopped by the gallery on the way South for their annual visit. We invite all our out-of-town friends to take a detour through Mooresville as they travel north or south on I-77. Be sure to call ahead and let us know when you are coming by, so "Cotton" will be sure to be here to greet you.

Visiting the coast of North Carolina is a popular pastime during the summer months. "Cotton" Ketchie is known for his renditions of the NC lighthouses and his scenes of laughing gulls soaring above the windswept dunes. The gallery invites you to do some window shopping in Downtown Mooresville and checkout our Outer Banks window display. Just remember...it's hot outside, so come on in and see what's new inside at "Cotton" Ketchie's Landmark Galleries. Hope to see you soon. more »

The monthly gallery crawl in Downtown Mooresville will be Friday evening, Aug 14, 2009 from 6-9 p.m.
Along with the works of our own "Cotton" Ketchie, the gallery will be showcasing the works of NC artist, Tony Craig. He and "Cotton" are kindred spirits...both enjoy incorporating the nostalgic old country stores and grist mills in their artwork. Tony is also a Disney artist, working on numerous projects for them. He released his first photography book, Country Stores in North Carolina, in 2007. "Cotton" Ketchie's Landmark Galleries invite you to stop by the galley on Friday evening and meet this versatile young artist who will introuce you to his "world of art". more »
