The ground hog just saw his shadow on Feb 2, thus proclaiming six more weeks of winter, but with temperatures in the 70s these last few days, it makes us wonder if he was mistaken. A Television Personality for a Day During the past several months, the meteorologists at WBTV Channel 3 in Charlotte, N.C. have showcased the photography of "Cotton' Ketchie during the local weather segments. Then on Friday, January 24, 2009, Kelly Franson invited "Cotton" to join her and Kristen Miranda for a live news broadcast. Being in the newsroom was a great opportunity for "Cotton" to share his artwork with the Channel 3 viewing audience. Many of you have called to say that you saw the program.
