St Patrick's Episcopal Church is presenting "A Taste of Wine on Main Street...Friday, October 24, 2008 from 6-9 p.m. All proceeds benefit "Food For Friends"...a program to buy groceries for Mooresville families in need at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Many downtown merchants and area businesses have partnered together for this event. A Taste of Wine on Main Street From 6-9 p.m. on that Friday evening, seven downtown shops will each host a food vendor and a wine supplier who will be serving appetizers and wine to guests as they visit downtown. Tickets for the event are available at all participating locations...$25 in advance....$30 at the door.
