Open House Special In 1987, "Cotton" Ketchie moved his Landmark Galleries from the upstairs room over John Franklin Ltd. to its present location at 212 N Main St in downtown Mooresville. In March of that same year, "Cotton" and Vickie were married. Then in April they hosted their first Open House at the gallery's new location.
