Automn Scenes from the Parkway
North Carolina native "Cotton" Ketchie has been capturing the beauty of his beloved
home state for the past twenty years. His travels have taken him along the back roads
encompassing all 100 counties.
Some of the most memorable moments of his fifty-five years have been spent discovering
the majestic, grandeur, and simple rustic beauty of the beloved Blue Ridge Parkway.
His work is collected by art enthusiasts across the United States, Canada, Europe, and
Asia. "Cotton's" work ranges in scope from the rocky coast of Maine and Nova
Scotia to the golden West.
His limited edition series of autumn scenes from the parkway includes:

"Cotton" and his wife, Vickie own and operate Landmark Galleries in the bustling,
Piedmont town of Mooresville, North Carolina. Here his originals and reproductions are on
display in a relaxed atmosphere. He is always eager to lay down his brush and talk with his
isitors passing along the latest joke or giving directions to some out-of-the-way place he
has visited.
